Some of the troublesome Lagos land grabbers, Omo Onile met their waterloo recently as they got pounded by soldiers who had ambushed them in anticipation of their nuisance value. According to National Enquirer’s investigation, the land grabbers had warned and threatened a property owner in Ajah area of Lagos to stop work at the site unless he’s ready to part with extra N65,000 before workers can take off. Unknown to the land grabbers, the property owner who’s said to be a military man got his people to hide somewhere in the neighbourhood and no sooner the soldiers took control of the area than the land grabbers surfaced.
