Legendary artiste,  David Bowie is died. The inspirational music icon was 69 years old when he passed on in the early morning of today. According to family sources, the great singer died peacefully in his sleep after battling with cancer for 18 months.

According to an announcement on his official twitter account, the super songster, David Bowie died peacefully in his sleep after a courageous 18 months battle with cancer. He had all his family with him before he died.

David Robert Jones, known professionally as David Bowie, was an English singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, arranger, painter, and actor.
