The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, General Muhammadu Buhari has thrashed the incumbent and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, President Goodluck Jonathan, in the presidential poll in Ogun State winning 13 out of the state’s 20 local government areas. Buhari won in Ipokia, Ifo, Odogbolu, Egbado North, Egbado South, Abeokuta South, Abeokuta North, Ijebu North East, Obafemi/Owode, Ewekoro, Ijebu Ode, Ado-Odo/Ota and Odeda while the incumbent President, Jonathan won in Imeko Afon, Sagamu, Remo North, Ogun Waterside, Ijebu East and Ijebu North. And while Buhari got a total votes of 308,290, Jonathan scored 207,950 votes.
