October, 7th of every year has always been remarkable in the life of Olanrewaju Akanbi Gentry, the better-half of star actress, Mercy Aigbe but this year was more historic as the wife of the multimillionaire businessman treated him to a surprise birthday bash.
It was his golden jubilee anniversary and the hubby, Larry had planned a low key ceremony giving the fact that the wife is on a movie set, coupled with other private reasons but unknown to him, his beautiful wife had something in the offing.
She quietly whispered to some of her hubby’s very close friends and also some of hers to meet up at the prestigious upscale eatery, Jevinik on Isaac John Street, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos after reaching an agreement with her husband’s younger brother, Yomi to make sure he play a fast one by bringing him.
Alas! The birthday boy got the surprise of his life when he got worked on to attend a party that happened to become his; he had walked in before he realized he’s been fooled. The gathering was later charged as guests were treated to sumptuous meals and assortment of liquor but one thing that got everyone cracking was the special gift the star actress presented to her hubby.
