What a sad news to tell in the new year! one of Nigeria`s
fast rising Yoruba actresses, Bisi Komolafe is dead! The beautiful actress
whose wedding is just few weeks away died in the early hours of today, January,
1st, 2013 at about 12.59am after battling what doctors termed a
dangerous miscarriage of 6 months pregnant.
The talented actress was waiting to seal her relationship
with her Canada based hubby to b, Fatai Ijaodola when she got bedridden at the
University College hospital, UCH, Ibadan as a result of complication in her
pregnancy.
We learnt she had problems in gathered money as doctors had earlier
warned on the need to fly her abroad for proper medical care. Bigwigs of the
Yoruba movie industry like Yinka Quadri who was her god-father, Jide Kosoko and
so on had signified interest to raise funds when the unfortunate incident
happened last night. We shall tell you more as events unfold.
