The Oonirinsa of Ife, His
Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja 11, his wife, Olori Wuraola
and full traditional entourage from the cradle of Yoruba are presently on a
historical visit to the Great Britain for what looks like a tourist cum trade
development adventures. The first class royal father, National Enquirer
gathered was received at the Heathrow airport with percussions of rich Yoruba drums

This office gathered reliably
that, the Oonirinsa will be in England for 2 weeks during which he will be visiting
some places of interest as well as having trade cum business development-oriented
interactive sessions with Member of Parliaments and business leaders spanned
across all walks of life.
According to his itinerary as
rolled out to National Enquirer by some of his hosts, Rotimi Osobemekun and Princess
Dr. Toyin Kolade-The Iyalaje of Apapa, the Ooni will be having a corporate
dinner with His Excellency, Adah Simon Ogah, Nigeria’s Acting High Commissioner
to the United Kingdom on Saturday, March 18th, 2017 at J.W Marriot
Hotel ballroom, 86-90 Park Lane, London W1K7TN from 5pm-12midnight. Organized by
BL foundation, UK, the strictly Black Tie/Traditional attire dinner event which
celebrates those who have served the community will be hosted by Babatunde Loye
and anchored by Kunle Bamtefa while Dele Sosimi, Shady Blue, DJ Kashif Da Flash
and Cultural Dancers thrill the colourful audience.
The fun of the historical visit of
the Ooni would further witness another lavish reception at a grand event
tagged, An Evening With Ooni of Ife where popular gospel hip hop
singer, Yinka Ayefele mounts the stage at a Gala Dinner/Awards Nite holding on
Friday, March 24th, 2017 at the Ballroom, Intercontinental hotel, 02
London SE10OTW where a Cutural Troupe and Royal DJ Nuff Jamz also perform.
The Ooni will also be one of the
VIPs at the Commonwealth Day celebration, Business Leaders Luncheons with Chambers
of Commerce Leaders, then he will be visiting the Nigeria High Commission,
official visits to the British Museum, House of Commons, Black Cultural
Archives and Old Royal Palace of the Queen Elizabeth.
He will also be at the
performance of Moremi Opera by the Royal College of Music, London and have a
brief stint with MPs and Business Leaders on International Trade Development
discussions before being part of a lecture at the Oxford University.
