The Rot, Lies and Fraud In Jonathan`s Government

There are more than enough evidence to believe that the Goodluck Ebele Jonathan-led administration is nothing but a clueless formation of fraudulent political jobbers who have no plans for the sovereign nation called Nigeria, and this can be attested to by some of these recent incidents. For instance, the shocking expose of the secret ballot which we gathered had been pre-arranged a month earlier to the governors` forum`s election is one of the appalling instances.

Maybe you have not heard, the exclusive document below filtered out after Rivers State`s Governor Rotimi Amaechi had been declared winner in the election of the Chairman of Nigerian Governors` Forum for the second time. It is worthy of mention that, the Rivers State Governor has been having a running battle with the President over a trivial issue that ordinarily would have nothing to do with the C-i-C in any responsibly cultured democratic setting.

Those in the know have come out to tell us that, the President is just being petty as what has turned out today as the cheapest political bickering in history is just a mere misunderstanding between the First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan and the Rivers Governor, a trifling matter that blossomed to muscle flexing and later gave birth to witch-hunting, backbiting, repressive attack reminding us of those tough days of despotic military rule. Anyway, that`s a story for another day.

According to feelers from one of the Governors` aides who agreed to speak to National Enquirer on grounds of anonymity, a kangaroo election had actually been held in April 2013, ever before the one that had Rotimi Amaechi declared as the winner and at the clandestine meeting, 19 of the Governors were ‘forcefully’ made to pledge their support for President Jonathan`s ‘favoured’ candidate, Plateau State`s Jonah Jang to emerge the next Chairman of the Governors` Forum.

We gathered exclusively that, the shameful thing is that, not all the 19 Governors were present even though they all succumbed to the pressure of making the President fulfill his selfish and autocratic desire of imposing his own person, a certain governor was asked to write the names of the governors and forge their signatures. Please take a critical look at the document, you will find out that, the handwriting of No. 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 were written in capital letter by same person whilst others are probably those physically present at the un-constituted forum.

We were told that, it was based on this pre-arranged result that informed the open ballot agreement and while the President was basking on the euphoria of the pre-meditated election with the aim of putting Amaechi to shame, some governors (we have their names but we can`t mention them for security reasons) revolted and backed out at the last hour voting for Amaechi at the open ballot election. One of these governors got an urgent call from one of the bigwigs of the anticipated collision of political parties, APC to remember the ‘son’ of whom he is, and he promptly backed out and voted Amaechi.

We learnt Governor Jang`s camp has issued a press statement that was read by Governor Mimiko of Ondo State where they said Amaechi has got no right to vote in an election where he was an incumbent and that he supplied the ballot papers with which the forum voted, but the question that came to mind is, where were they when he (Amaechi) supplied the ballot papers and why did they vote with the papers when they knew it was from him; again how many of the governors stepped down during their second term voting process?

That’s not all about the Jonathan-led government, the man who vowed, in a nationwide broadcast just few days ago to smoke out people involve in the dastardly act of terrorism has suddenly started releasing Boko Haram suspects from detention, “we will fish them out, we will bring them to justice” according to his promise, then why did he talk tough when he knew he was going eat his vomit.

From the history of amnesty in Nigeria, we all know what becomes of the ‘pardoned’ Niger Delta terrors who were involved in large scale kidnapping that wasted many lives including that of expatriates in oil companies, these redundant gangs are not just super rich today, they`re part of the problems plaguing the country as we learnt part of the ammunition which were supposed to have been surrendered  are still much in circulation alleged waiting to be useful for the prosecution of the 2015 election

People who see beyond their nose have concluded that, the Jonathan government might know what no one knows in the Boko Haram saga after all or why did he have to offer amnesty to terrorists, an offence that attracts as much as life imprisonment or death penalty in the Western world, and despite the fact that the wicked terror actors refused the amnesty offer, the ‘coward’ pleaded further with a reprieve to terror suspects in detention little wonder he once said “terrorism is a global phenomenon, we must learn to live with it, who`s Boko Haram, please show yourself” while his counterpart in the U.S, President Barack Obama is of this opinion, ‘we refused to be terrorized, we will find you and bring you to justice’.

And in another development, some of the volatile statements credited to the leader of a militant group, Alhaji Mujahid Asari Dokubo singing war songs and threatening the whole nation that heads will roll should Jonathan be denied a second chance to rule come 2015 are clear justifications of the type of man our President is.

With all these, we don’t need a soothsayer to tell us that, Jona`s government is not the Goodluck the nation is waiting to survive.

Gov. Rotimi Amaechi`s Pastor Escapes EFCC Arrest Over $15m Fraud

Apostle Eugene Ogu, the founder and General Overseer of Abundant Life Evangelical Ministry (ALEM Embassy Church), the man believed to be the spiritual father of the embattled governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi has taken off and resisted police arrest owing to his involvement in a large scale fraud of a whopping $15m (U.S Dollars).
The controversial Port-Harcourt based man of God, we gathered was recently dragged to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) by his estranged Europe based business partners, Globiz International Ltd, a Czech company for defrauding the firm.
Trouble piled last week for Ogu when an Abuja High Court issued a warrant to arrest him on charges of fraud, cheating, forgery, defamation and false information to the police. Two operatives from the Anti-fraud department of the Force CID Headquarters, Abuja travelled to Port Harcourt to arrest the loquacious political pastor, who arrogantly takes credit of bringing the embattled Governor of Rivers State to power through his “Yes, I believe prayer” campaign for Rotimi Amaechi during his governorship campaign. Luckily for Ogu, the detectives returned to Abuja without him in their net.
On Monday, 13th May, the two agents, acting on a tip-off, lay in wait for the pastor at the court premises of the magistrate court 1, Port Harcourt presided over by Magistrate Emma Woke, in whose court the fugitive pastor was appearing as a prosecution witness in a separate defamation suit. The police has been on the look-out for the controversial man of God since December 2007 over a matter deemed as frivolous and largely diversionary tactics during the course of investigating him on a petition written by the Czech company, Globiz, represented by Engineer Larry Obasi, their Africa Director. Mr Obasi has lived for 24 years in the Diaspora.
While there was a court room drama going on, as the Investigating Police Officer (IPO) of the case, Mr. Emmanuel Agughara was grilled by one of Obasi’s lawyers, Barr. Chubuzor Obiajunwa, exposing the lack of substance on the matter, a much bigger drama ensued outside the court room. The pastor, who was spotted hiding in a Toyota Jeep in the parking lot of the court premises, got a call from his lawyer, Barrister A.I. Nwawuike, also a pastor in the ALEM church, alerting him of imminent danger of being arrested, sped off and vanished into thin air before detectives could reach the car park.
Barrister Nwawuike later assuaged the bemused agents by promising to take them to the Church to meet his client after the court session, which was later not to be, as the Man of God had made good his escape from Port Harcourt. Mr. Nwawuike almost misled the court by refusing to acknowledge the invitation letter asking his client to appear in Abuja but for the fact that he was reminded of the complicity and the weighty of the offense before he accepted and promised to produce his client, Ogu on an agreed date in Abuja.
It will be recalled that the case against Ogu took a twist when the matter was referred from Abuja EFCC to the Port Harcourt EFCC for prosecution on grounds of jurisdiction, but was later hijacked by the pastor, using his connections with the ruling political class in Rivers State. Apostle Eugene Ogu was the former President Pentecostal Fellowship Of Nigeria (PFN), Rivers State Chapter. Urgent calls then for the prosecution of the pastor by famous Lagos lawyer, Festus Keyamo, also an attorney for Mr. Obasi and the Czech Company, fell on deaf ears as the hunter eventually became the hunted as it later turned out to be.
Apostle Ogu compromised the PH EFCC officer, IPO Barnabas (now redeployed after some queries) and recruited him to do his bidding after the news broke in the media early 2011 as a face saving measure for him and his Church ministry. The complainant, Obasi, was intimidated and asked to drop the matter or he would be “wasted” in Nigeria. In different suits, Mr. Obasi fought back suing for N20m damages in a Fundamental Human Rights suit No: PHC/PH/CS/315/2011, dated 17th June,2011 against Pastor Eugene Ogu and Commissioner of Police Rivers and Attorney General Rivers State as respondents in the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt.
Also, in a separate suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/9401, filed against Mr. Eugene Ogu, EFCC and others, in the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Abuja dated 18th November, 2011, at the height of Mr. Ogu’s intimidations and harassment using thugs and some dubious elements in the guise of security agents, Obasi prayed the court, among other things, to grant an order of injunction, restraining Mr. Eugene Ogu, his officers, servants, agents, representatives, privies and/or other persons howsoever called, from further arresting, threatening to arrest, or harassing him in any manner whatsoever except by due process of law. The Court has not ruled on the application.
As the intimidations and threats went on unabated, in a fresh petition to the I.G, dated 16th May 2013, titled “Petition on the threat to the life of Obasi and family members by Messrs Eugene Ogu and Nwawuike and their cohorts”, Obasi listed a litany of threats including threatening SMS messages, verbal and physical threats to him and some family members that have been accompanying him to court in Port Harcourt. One of such threats included Pastor Ogu snapping some of his family members using his camera phone and threatening to deal with them if they did not stay clear of the matter. Ending the same petition, Mr. Obasi requested for police protection during subsequent trips to Port Harcourt as result of these purported threats to his life. As at the time of filling this report, Ogu’s lawyer failed to produce him as promised in Abuja on the agreed date. Ogu is still on the run and the police is still searching for the pastor.

Stupendous Wealth Of Nigeria`s Biggest Oil Thieves…May Influence House Probe

The Senator Emmanuel Paulker-led Committee on Petroleum Upstream which is currently investigating the involvements of the Petroleum Minister, Mrs. Dieziani Allison-Madueke and some of her stooges, Jide Omokore and Kola Aluko will definitely be answerable not just to tax payers but the Nigerian masses if the matter is swept under the carpet as the usual practice.
The Committee, this office gathered is charged to look into the allegations of fraudulent dealings and illegal transfer of four oil blocks in favour of Jide Omokore`s ATLANTIC ENERGY DRILLING CONCEPT amounting to a whopping N58.9 trillion, a staggering amount experts say make-up Nigeria`s 1-year earnings in crude oil export. This matter is probably the biggest known oil fraud in recent time, this much National Enquirer can authoritatively reveal.
The probe, according to inside sources was informed by a petition written by Delta Producing Communities alleging that the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company, NPDC and Petroleum Minister, Dieziani Allison-Madueke transferred the ownership of four Oil Mining Licences (OML), 30, 34, 26 AND 42 to Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept belonging to Omokore without tendering and bidding process.
The popular phrase that the law is no respecter of anybody is definitely not working in Nigeria, rather the order of the day is the word of the famous American Black Leader and Activist, Martin Luther King Jr. which says, “Law and order exist for the purpose of establishing justice and when they fail in this purpose, they become the dangerously structured dams that block the flow of social progress”, what this means in essence is that the Nigerian state has proven that there are men powerful than the LAW and that its LAW has failed to establish justice.
Maybe same is the case in few African countries but In Nigeria, it is an established fact that the weightier your offense the lighter the judgment, and vice versa especially when issue in contention is treasury looting, large scale embezzlement, public office fraud that are capable of being clogs in the wheel of national progress. Justice in Nigeria is no doubt a cash and carry business little wonder the prisons are brimming with the poor and the unknown while the rich and the powerful who commit more grievous crimes get pat in the shoulder.
The Nigerian state has made several blooper of the law in recent time and to the extent that, the global village is now wondering if the sovereign nation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is being ruled by any LAW at all. Recently, an honorable court in Abuja, federal capital territory presided over by honourable Justice AbubakarTalba delivered an incredible ruling when it sentenced the former director of the Police Pension Board, YakubuYussuf who admitted stealing a staggering N32.8billion when in office to 2 years imprisonment with an option of N750,000 fine whereas an ex-policeman who stole a N45,000 worth of mobile handset belonging to the governor of Osun State, OgbeniRaufAregbesola  got 45 years jail term!
The landmark oil fraudin which the Petroleum Minister, Dieziani and her privies, JideOmokore and his friend, Kola Aluko of Septa Energy Limited are being investigated by the National Assembly is going t5o be a litmus test for the Nigerian Lawmakers as checks already have it that, the suspects might be looking for a way of getting the committee induced afterall.
Tracing the claim-to-fortune of these stupendously rich businessmen, JideOmokore we gathered came to limelight during the Babangida administration, the Kogi born man was believed to be one of IBB`s “errand” boys before becoming a Steel merchant while Kola Aluko is seen as an AGIP (Any Government In Power) top notcher.
The two powerful businessmen are part of Nigeria`s top 10 silent billionaires going by the extent of the acquisition of worldly accomplishments and properties across the globe. Those who know JideOmokore like the back of their hands attested to the fact that, he`s a super-rich dude who loves cars and marble houses in choice areas of the nation like Banana Island in Lagos, Asokoro in Abuja, UK, US and the rest, aside the fact that, he owns about 4 private jets while his second wife, Angela Ebagua-an executive director with Access Bank who he married in a controversial manner also has her own private Jet. The story of Jide`s marriage to Angela is a story for another day.
The two business dudes are big players when it comes to women matter, just recently, Jide was said to have “wired” one million dollars to a lady he`s crazy about in the U.S and as for Kola Aluko, the handsome international businessman whose interest traverses the oil and aviation sectors is allegedly believed to be dating the Petroleum Minister, Dieziani and the two-some are so fond of each other.
Kola Aluko is the deputy CEO and leading shareholder in SevenEnergy, an oil and gas firm. He is the MD/CEO of Exoro Energy, an indigenous oil exploration and production firm and  also on the advisory board of an international aviation company, Vista Jet, a Swiss based private Jet charter company. We learntOmokore and Aluko are so close that they both fly private Jets across the world with spare aircraft in their entourage. We hear they`re also lobbying to make the next Forbes` list.
We shall bring you more on the adventures of these super rich men and keep you posted as events unfold on theSenator Emmanuel Paulker-led Committee on Petroleum Upstream`s probe.
